"This was either the third or fourth time I have stayed at this property. The first time I was unhappy about the service and the room, however I tried it one more time and it was much better. This time I have no complaints. The first time, the toilet got plugged up and was not u nplugged, so I had to move to another room. I wanted to leave the cost on the credit card that I regestered with on line and was told that I couldn't. I tried to check out and the office was not open, yet the bill was charged to the credit card that I had asked for. I felt the young woman was not helpful at the front desk. This is all changed."

"No maid service....no shampoo...c'mon those are basics that were not offered at this hotel. Noone to check me out out."

Homestead East Phoenix Tempe is a dessert-style hotel located approximately ten miles from the Sky Harbor International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a minimum 75 pet fee upon check-in.

All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee.
